Healthy Eating Classes

I currently teach Healthy Eating Classes at Whole Foods Market in the Pearl District.  I also provide in-home cooking classes, healthy eating consultations, and menu planning. 


Healthy eating is a way of life for me.  I make meals that are easy, quick, and delicious, as well as low in calories and high in nutrients.  I believe in fresh, organic, and locally sourced ingredients.  I don’t believe in fad diets or quick fixes.


I accommodate all food styles and preferences, including gluten-free diets, vegan diets, and vegetarian diets.


Here are some examples of what I create:


  1. Coconut chicken vegetable soup with brown rice. 


  1. Whole grain pancakes with flaxseed


  1. Kale, goat cheese, and quinoa cake (vegetarian)


  1. Cold Mexican rice salad (vegan)
